Adopting a Border Collie (Where do they come from, and how can I adopt one?)

Hi!  I'm Fly.  I am a young BC just coming into adulthood.  I am very athletic & agile & a nice little size, too.   I  LOVE to play the fetch game with anyone who wants to throw the tennis ball for me.  Don't plan on quitting until I Woof  at ya!  I am crate trained & house trained.  I am very affectionate.  I am kinda bossy with the other dogs cause I like to be top dog.  Don't forget, when I'm outside, I GO! GO! GO!
