Adopting a Border Collie (Where do they come from, and how can I adopt one?)

I'm Keeley! Me & Cacie came from a dog pound that was pretty full. I am just a little gal. I am kinda shy at first, but when I warm up to you, I love to be petted. I am very affectionate. I like to play with the other dogs.
