Adopting a Border Collie (Where do they come from, and how can I adopt one?)

Now, look at that adorable face! I am about a year or two old. I was lost....they called me a "stray". I am very outgoing.....pretty happy-go-lucky. Pretty athletic, too. I am a nice little size for a BC. I won't get any bigger either. I am very willing to please.....I love to learn new things! I walk on a leash really good & have a little bounce to my step.  I am very well mannered in the house.  I am very affectionate & love to get attention.   I get along great with everyone!   I play with the other dogs. I like to watch the cats, but I know I can't chase them.  I need a fenced yard also.
