Adopting a Border Collie (Where do they come from, and how can I adopt one?)

I was born in January of 2005. I was one of those irresistable "Puppies in the Window". Who could resist? An elderly couple sure couldn't! Well, I didn't mean it, but I was a little too active for them. So, they took me to the humane society. They were full & said I did not have much time. The really nice gal called a BC rescuer & now I'm on my way to find my new forever home! I am learning basic obedience & manners. I am very affectionate & quite the adorable guy!
