Adopting a Border Collie (Where do they come from, and how can I adopt one?)

I'm Jessie! I think it is short for Jessie James....I'm pretty ornery! My sister & I were dumped at the end of a driveway in a box. The kind lady worked at the humane society & called BC rescue to help us. My sister was adopted to do Search & Rescue. I went to prison to learn manners, basic obedience, socialization & stuff. I'm pretty submissive with the other dogs. I'm too active for little children....that would over stimulate me. I'm average size for a BC gal. I have a lot of puppy coat yet & I will have a luxurious coat when I grow up. I'm such a charming little gal!
