Adopting a Border Collie (Where do they come from, and how can I adopt one?)

My brother and I are really nice little BC mix babies. When we were old enough, we left our Mom & went for a long ride to BBCR. Her name is Moon. Mom came later to stay with us also. In the prison program, I learned to sit, stay, heel, down for just a couple of examples. I learned some tricks, too! We are very playful.   I'm a nice sized little gal about 30#.
